What people don't realise with KG is that if your disposible income increases, you WILL have to increase your payments by 50% of the difference since the start of the IVA (if original DI £100, DI at Year 1 is £200, so you now increase your payments by £50). A court document and approval direct with the creditors has to be obtained before you make any payments to your IVA. CCCS are funded by creditors and i found once that the guy who did phone interview very curt and did not take into consideration my personal circumstances at all was very rigid with views and had set figures for living expenses that were not good enough or workable.   Name: Quality?
