| Comments: I am in agreement with the person who wrote this review. They have been honest and up front with me the whole time and have always been contactable and returned my call within 10 minutes of me calling. Explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I was looking in to a black hole, with debetors calling me up on a regular basis and making threats. Synergi stopped this and allowed me the comfort and breathing space you need when facing debt. |

| Comments: i was with dawson and white but my iva payments were set too high and i couldnt manage my iva failed after two years after paying 650,00 a month so my creditors didnt recieve anything because the fees were taken first so im in the same position as i was two years ago. make sure you can afford the payments before agreeing.i may try again later in the year |

| Comments: i am currently dealing with this company and they do not ask for any off your bank details. at first they send out an application form and when you send it away they get back to you quite quick and explain what they can do and how they can help you. i have not been asked for my bank details with them, i could either pay by with my debit card or using a paying in slip. i have found them quite useful. |

Creditors are generally opposed to accepting IVA's where the IP fees exceed the unsecured debts. creditors would usually view an informal arrangement as more beneficial in this case. some reviews and comments on here amount to deliberate disinformation. It is worth seeking independent advice if you have any doubts which are not addressed by the IP, before proceeding. |

| Comments: I think the prob was with welshspawned rather than the company. An iva was maybe not the right thing and he should have looked in more depth at what he was doing, you cannot blame the company for him not telling mom and dad the situation. Not to be harsh but a big decision and not to be made lightly or looked on as an easy way out. |
