| I am married with 2 children and 42k of debt wife was sick for breast cancer , After 8 months she back to work to result our payment. |

| We rang them to explaim our situation also paid the first payment after that? They send the iva. I find them no friendly and unhelpful because we are struggle and the contract have got lot mistake (adreess,name .ect,,). Also we lost our car for bad advice. |

| People are struggle,need some help to recovery and understand the solution not only the bussness and payment. |

| I learn nothing,only i have already paid 12979 for the periods of 2 year and 3 months. Actually i am worried whats going wrong. |

| Comment: I think people think that IVA's are a way out. 5 years is a long time and so learn take it as a lesson to live within your means. And to be fair it also means people who do pay their bills pick up your tab. How do you think they feel? that said I blame the credit card comapnies at the root of it! | ||
