My circumstances:
i was retired living on my pension living with my son i had debts of £48,000 with no assets
My interaction with the company:
I filled in an on line inquiry form after which clear debt said in their opinion i should go for an iva the forms were sent to me very quickly and the wheels were in motion a meeting was called and my creditors accepted the proposal at all times i was kept informed of what was going on,
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave the company 10 out of 10 because from the first contact they were with you every step of the way.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The thing that impressed me was when my circumstances changed and i was in trouble and could not afford to carry on the personal adviser Ms Tyler Thompson moved heaven and earth to find a way out in the end she advised going back to my creditors and asking them to accept the monies i had paid as a final settlement they accepted and i am now debt free this company do not put you on a shelf to be forgotten but they stick with you.

I am now debt free i had debts of £48,000 i was paying at 25p in the pound when the iva was accepted after variation the amount paid was 8p in the pound

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
