My circumstances:
I am an actress, who lives in London. After years of earning very poor wages I had to supplement my income by withdrawing cash amounts from my cards.<br> Eventually I found myself living on my cards to make ends meet, as all my wages were eaten up with my credit card repayments. I realised I would never be able to pay off my 50K debts I contacted Cleardebt.
My interaction with the company:
After phoning Cleardebt and speaking to one of the advisors. I decided to go ahead with the IVA and requested their information package. after returning it they quickly responded and my IVA was accepted not long after.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 10 out of ten. As their advice, knowledge and efficiency is excellent. However, what most impressed me was their compassion when I phoned first time and was very worried.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Early after my IVA had been accepted one credit card company continued to pursue me and threaten me with bailiffs. Cleardebt contacted them and manage<br> to sort out the confusion.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Cant really think of anything. 
Other points
Ive certainly learned to live within my means and on a budget and will steer clear away frocredit in the future. My debts were over 50K. my payments are now 71 a week and ive just completed my third year and have contributed over 10 K Now.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
