My circumstances:
Im a manager working in london, earning 30k has accumilated 25k in debt, large mortgage payments and council tax. Buying my way out of debt wasnt working, IVA is a grown up solution. Im going to need to budget but at least my debts wont keep increasing. <br> <br>
My interaction with the company:
I first applied online about a year earlier, when it became clear i needed to seek help, Cleardebt discussed all the options and were very helpful.<br> <br> Cleardebt were always available to discuss any issues.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rate them 9 out of 10 as the went through everything clearly and followed up when i had to complete something. <br> <br> When i needed clarification on the equity situation they explained it and suggest where i could look myself on the web.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
When i initally discussed my costs of living they discussed everything and were truthful in what i could claim.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
It wasnt made clear at first that the equity on my property could be taken by the creditors. 
Other points
My payments to my creditors every month were £524 this has been reduced to £177 with the IVA, i now have enough to live on, but will need to budget properly.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
