My circumstances:
I work as a administrator in the north west and had a debt of approx 30k and was not a home owner.<br> I separated with my partner and due to this could not keep up my monthly payments. <br> Simple Debt Solutions worked out a an affordable monthly repayment and I now can see a light at the end of the tunnel - 5 years and I will be free of all debt. I would recommend this company as you all hear the rumours about companies that say they can help and take your money and then leave you high and dry... This is not the case with Simple Debt Solutions they only offer you viable options and sound advise.<br> <br>
My interaction with the company:
I went through a company called Debt Advisory Line they recommended me to go down the line of a IVA as i was my best option, they tok all my details and i had to pay them a fee for handling my case intially, but then my file was passed over to Simple debt solutions who are the Insolvency Practitioners. Looking back i wish i had delt with Simple debt solutions from the off set as there service is second to none, but hind sight is a wonderful thing and i had never done anything like this before so i did not know i could go to them direct.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them so highly as at such a difficult time they were very helpful & not judgemental towards me.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
