My circumstances:
We had 90k in unsecured debt, with no equity. We took our heads out of the sand and decided to deal with our debt head on. We very quickly decided on a joint IVA as the best way forward for our circumstances after getting some very professional initial advice from the IVA Advice Bureau
My interaction with the company:
From the initial phone call right through to the acceptance of our IVA, all the team at the IVA Advice Bureau were nothing short of marvellous. Non judgemental, professional and understanding all the way through. Our case was particularly difficult, they dealt with all our queries and paperwork with the upmost patience and professionalism.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I would give 11/10 if I could! The team really are in my opinion the best in their field. From day one we felt we were in safe hands and although the case took a long time from the initial stages to acceptance, given the difficulty of our case they worked wonders.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They gave sound advice from start to finish, didnt try to sell one particular solution and worked with us to find the best solution for us. They did all they could for us and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Totally professional.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
There is not one single thing I can think of that could be improved. 
Other points
Our IVA was approved at 28p in the pound with an equity clause at the end of year 5 or an extra year. We are so relieved to have found a solution to our ever growing debt problem and will definitely never be taking out another loan or credit card ever again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
