My circumstances:
I am a working part time got into mess of around £25000 living on credit cards and doing loan after loan to repay the other one
My interaction with the company:
done it all on line then spoke to some one over the phone dealt with my problems quickly & professionally very polite and curtious all the way didnt judge you by your mistakes
Why I gave the ratings I did:
they are there when you need some one to talk to. do all my talking with them through the internet, get good responses from who i speak with
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
helpful recently when a member of family was in hospital & i missed a couple of payments, helped me get it sorted and get back on track
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing at the moment 
Other points
still in iva plan, will be for a while but has taught me alot about having credit cards & loans, and if your out of work let the companies know before you get into a mess with everything so they can help you sort out a repayment that suits you comfortably even if it takes time to repay it, it has to be better than going the harder route

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
