My circumstances:
We are a couple from the midlands with a combined debt of over £75000. We have no assets.
My interaction with the company:
I first filled in the form on the website and within hours a very nice lady called me back to book a telephone appointment to discuss our options. She was extremely helpful and very supportive. We decided that an IVA was our best option. Within days we had a welcome pack and over the coming weeks everything was handled extremely professionally. Our IVAs were accepted with only a minor modification and we cannot thank Melanie and her team enough.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
From start to finish, the whole team were not only professional but they treated us with respect and as individuals. At no time did we ever feel that we couldnt cope as there was always someone to answer our questions, however trivial.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The overall manner in which they dealt with us as clients was second to none.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
