My circumstances:
We are Senior Citizens and our disabled adult daughter who lives with us found herself in debt (about £28000).<br> Her income had been halved as a result of reorganisation and her prospects of getting another job to supplement her income were nil due to her disablity.She had no assets and continues to do her utmost to satisfy her creditors.<br> We desparately sought advice from Grosvenor Partners and found the them to be extraordinary helpful with free advice and a whole understanding of our daughters predicament.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted them by email received prompt replies which gave us all the information we needed on Bankruptcy procedures and Ivas.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because although we were unable to go forward withe initialplans they were so helpful and particularly understanding when talking to our daughter
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
So kind and understanding and indicated no pressure to proceed with either option unless we were perfectly happy. There ex0lanations were clesr and concise
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
We believe that there was no area that required improvement. Excellent customer Service<br> An excellent Company overall.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
