My circumstances:
I am working man from lancashire with wife and three children,i had approx 45k of debt,loan ,credit cards etc.due to reduction in income overtime and bonus scheme stopped.found it hard to make repayments .all spare cash used to make minimum payments then living off credit getting into more debt.hence relying on credit to live.
My interaction with the company:
rang melanie giles direct who was very polite friendly and understanding,melanie arranged for call back at suitable time to me with member of her team.all options discussed and iva best route for me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 10 out of 10 because of the way they dealt with everthing,i found melanie giles and her team professional, friendly and very helpful especially angela who has been superb.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the way they speak to you ,not judgmental ,have time to talk to you and are genuinely interested in what you are saying.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing they are excellent. 
Other points
iva accepted, paying back 49p in the pound,can now look forward to debt free future.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
