| My circumstances: |
| i am a learning disabilities support worker & i live with my partner & stepdaughter.i accumilated the majority of my debt when i was younger,due to lack of knowledge about interest rates & generally living beyond my means.then due to a change in my circumstances the quantum of my debts grew to a totally unmanageable level,& i could not keep up with the excessive interest that was being added on month after month.i was terribly ashamed,but knew that i had to get help for the sake of both myself & my family. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| i plucked up every bit of courage i could find & made that first life changing phonecall.i spoke with tina,who was wonderfully kind & sympathetic.i was expecting to be judged or told off for being in debt,but instead i was reassured & made to feel proud for facing up to my problem.all my options were explained,& i was delighted & relieved to be told that i could propose an iva.i recieved all paperwork promptly,& after signing & returning my proposal my iva was accepted ! altogether it took 8 weeks. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| i rated them 10/10 because right from the outset they put my mind at rest & enabled me to have a full nights sleep for the first time in months.angela was also fantastic & has the patience of a saint,as i was forever ringing up with minor panic stricken queries! at no point whatsoever was i made to feel like a nuisance.i was always given clear & helpful advice,& the 8 wks from making my first phonecall to the iva being accepted ran very quickly & smoothly without any problems at all.i was very impressed! |

| everything they did impressed me,& in particular my telephone meeting with melanie,which took place on a saturday evening.now that is what i call commitment! i was sat in the comfort of my own home,relaxed,& at ease,& although i was a little nervous waiting for the phone to ring,i soon found myself in conversation with a very kind,caring & professional lady.it was just like talking to a friend.she explained every aspect of proposing and fulfilling an iva & gave me some much needed confidence & positivity. |

| thanks to this company i now have my life back.i no longer live in a debt ridden little bubble anymore.i used to waste my life constantly worrying about my debts,but now i can look to the future & grab all the opportunities that come my way.i am thoroughly enjoying being able to budget & save up for things & i know for a fact that i will never take out any credit ever again.i wish id have done this yrs ago,instead of letting my debts control my life.i am so grateful for this 2nd chance..my dividend is 25p/£ |
