My circumstances:
We are a couple living in oxfordshire, We had joint debts over 100k...Credit cards and loans<br> We own our own house 25k equity. We ended up unable to keep up with our credit card payments and paid this card with that card and this with that etc etc<br>
My interaction with the company:
We Emailed Melanie Giles / IVA advise bureau on a sunday evening and we had a call from them by 08.30 on the monday morning, We told them that we wanted some help and advise on our debt problem and we were advised of various debt solutions and choose to try and get iva approval, We were sent the paperwork and had it all sent back to them by return. There sevice is top notch and they are very helpful from start to finish
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We found the IVA ADVICE BUREAU to be very friendly, helpful and very imformative,They give there customers more of a personal service,and they seem to actually care about there customers RATHER than them selfs which is not what a lot of companys do this day in age ? They want what is best for us... the customer !!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Overall they impressed us with the whole IVA from start to finish
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
To be honest... I cant think of anything that needs to be improved ! 
Other points
We have just had our IVA approved thanks to Melanie Giles and her team, We now look forward to getting the next few years out of the way, And look forward to being debt free,

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
