My circumstances:
I am a childminder and my husband a chemical technician. We both live in Swindon. We accummlated debts of 79,000. We had no equity in the property and was being threatened at all angles from different creditors.
My interaction with the company:
We had a phone call out of the blue from a parent company offering us money back if we had a payment protection plans in progress. I explained that we didnt and we got talking about debts. The person put me through to a wonderful lady called Laura, We talked about the debts and amounts owed and what we could physically afford. She was always reassuring, helpful and very relaxed even when we were at breaking point on the phone to her. Proposed IVA sent to us with a matter of days, signed and 2 weeks later IVA approved. It mine seem a bit far fetched but believe me. We cannot THANK them enough. We only wish we knew about them earlier. We wouldnt have gone through all the stress and trauma we have gone through in the last year.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We would give a rating of 10/ 10 Wonderful company. Very helpful and professional.

Other points
IVA APPROVED. Realised that Credit cards and Loans are the worst things ever invented. Would never go back to them. At the end of 5 years we will be debt free. We have actually wrote off almost 50% of our debts.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
