My circumstances:
We are a couple living in swindon with debt of 100k. We have a house with approx 15k equity.
My interaction with the company:
We were refered to bridgestones from another company. Once doucments were recieved they went through the iva with us and all doucments that needed filling. Steven was a huge help, walking us through every step and being on the end of the phone if we had anu questions. After a few very stressful months and not being sure if the iva would go through, it was accepted with changes (quite harse, but expected).
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Excellent company. At the end of the phone if every needed them. Walked us through the whole process, making it alot easier than though it would be. Thankyou so much
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Customer service, second to none.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Time it took to sort out. Slight delay as our IP was on holiday so couldnt submit as quickly as we would have liked. 
Other points
Now starting our IVA and in six year will be debt free. We have learnt that there is help out there and we didnt need to burry our heads for as long as we did. We are looking to write off about half of our debts, but we just wanted to pay back what we owe with a monthly amount that weouldnt kill us. That is what we got.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
