My circumstances:
i am a mason bricklayer. myself and my wife bought our house 2001 we were then offered the world on a plate by various credit card companies and other financial companies the world seemed a much nicer place all of a sudden, we both worked had a good joint income so we accepted the niceties of life then one morning i realised something was seriously wrong we were making outstanding utility payments and other payments to our creditors with our credit cards the awful realisation hit both of us in the face we were not bringing enough income in to pay the outgoings we are not rocket experts but we knew we were in serious trouble or about to be i spoke to my wife and said we have to meet this head on before it hits us head on so we took action
My interaction with the company:
rang budsworths they explained everything from the thread to the needle the pitfalls the pros and cons we went ahead and with trepidation but were accepted for the iva life started to get more less stressfull for me and my wife
Why I gave the ratings I did:
after some minor concerns and a few phone calls about issues i did not understand fully, i got a full explanation from bev budsworth herself now if that isnt hands on what is
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
wei-lin this girl needs the equivalant of the olympic gold medal she put so much time and effort into keeping my house and car for me not to mention my grumpy ways she is a star that shines for people who have the miss fortune to get into debt i promised her a lager and when my iva is done i will honour that promise
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
it would be nice to meet bev and wei-lin 
Other points
sorry we dont know but it was in excess of 40 thousand pounds

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
