My circumstances:
I am a married man living in the South West of England. I am buying my own property. Mainly due to my wife`s deteriorating disability I have had to adjust my working pattern which has caused a loss of income. We had debts of £70,000. We were paying out over £1000 per month to creditors and outgoings exceeded our incoming income.
My interaction with the company:
We approached Philip Gill & Co via Sue Clay, visiting there office in Cardiff. All the options available were fully explained, and at no time did we feel under pressure to enter into an IVA. I am pleased to say that today our IVA has been accepted and I cannot praise Sue Clay and her team enough. I would recommend them very highly. Also a special thanks to Tomas for his patience!!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
My overall rating of 10 out of 10 was due to the fact that they are very competant and explored all options before agreeing that an IVA was the best way foward for us.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
