My circumstances:
I am a single person living in London. I have shared ownership accomodation and work within the Police service. I had cosiderable debts due to the cost of living on a single salary and ended up replying on credit to cover my living expenses.
My interaction with the company:
Grosvenor were very good and kept me informed all the way during my IVA. Their insolvency practitioner Mark and especially his assistant Fariba were always on hand to answer my queries and worries during this difficult time. Their reassurance kept me from feeling very alone in this scary process and without them would have found things much more difficult.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated Grovenor 9 out of 10 because they gave me great advice, reassurance and kept me updated and answered all my queries.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Fariba always kept me informed along the process and always answered my questions withing 24 hours.

Other points
Having the IVA has enabled me to budget properly. It has taught me a lesson the the perils of credit. I have ended up only paying 40% of what I would have had to pay. And I know in 5 years it will be settled whereas I would have never paid my debt off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
