| I am a carpenter living in Hertfordshire and i had debts of 70k with no equity. |

| I rang them, they recommended an IVA, it was processed and agreed. I had to send them all of my details. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave a rating of 9 out of 10 because they were very clear and positive, and i felt i could trust them. |

| Explaining the process very clearly. |

| Informing creditors after the IVA had been agreed to stop creditors calling me. |

| My IVA was approved and i had 70k written off. Currently i live with my partner and son and we are very happy and can now move forward with our lives without the stress that i was under to try to meet unrealistic payments. |
