My circumstances:
Overspend on cards to support business
My interaction with the company:
I was put onto them and they contacted me offering assistance. Received paperwork within 2 days, duly completed and returned, even able to amend up to one week before IVA creditors meeting.<br> Advised of outcome 1 hr after meeting had commenced.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They guided me through the process which is very scarey to a newcomer and answered all my silly questions which to them would have been obvious but they were very patient and helpful
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Amended incomings figures very near the meeting date even though the handout says it is practically impossible but they managed it
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Im sorry but I cannot find fault 
Other points
Paying off as much debt as I can through IVA, destroyed all credit cards and dont wish to have anymore as the companies are partially at fault for increasing the limits several times just when funds were required.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
