My circumstances:
I am a 23yr old living in Gloucestershire. With the help of my ex fiance we managed to rack up a whopping £30,000.00 plus worth of debt. Needless to say our outgoings were extremely high... some months more that I was earning. Simple Debt Solutions helped me to overcome the worry and concern about my debt and help me take control of mu finance again.
My interaction with the company:
I called money expert.com and they suggested I spoke to someone concerning my debt. They took my details and Simple Debt Solutions called me back. I went through all my debts with SDS and what my monthly income was and how much I could afford to repay. A meeting was then held with my creditors and lukily the IVA was accepted. The staff at SDS have kept me informed and always had a proffessional but friendly approach during contact.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated SDS 10 out of 10 on all aspects because they have been so helpful and supportive.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
