My circumstances:
I am a personal assistant living in London. I had £30k of debt.
My interaction with the company:
I call Simple Debt Solutions and was immediately reassured. I was assigned to a Juliette Weatherby who was extremely helpful, patient and non-judgemental. The IVA was sorted out in a matter of weeks and a few months later the IVA was approved with the best possible solution for me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I was at my wits end prior to speaking with Simple Debt Solutions but they put my mind at rest and after talking to them I had was reassured and my stress was taken away.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The came back with a solution really quick and were completely non-judgemental. I felt bad enough being in the situation I was in and was never made to feel any worse.

Other points
This has been a real wake up call for me and it has really taught me to manage my finances better. I have been in no debt since.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
