My circumstances:
i am a upvc installer from blackpool lancs, with approx £55ooo of debt and prperty with only £10000. was robbing peter to paul.
My interaction with the company:
i delt with 2 companies. thomas charles in the first instant who took all my details and listened to everything i had to say. who then past my details on to philip gill, who was excellent all his staff was very understanding, which at a vary difficult and stressful time was just what i needed. they listened, adviced on several options which in the end an iva was the best possible outcome for me and my creditors.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them very highly because there services was first class, realy proffessional, i was close to losing my home and my wife and children. now because of the exceptional service i received i can start to look forwards again.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they were all willing to listen and understanding. not judgeing me because of the debt i was in.

i have just been accepted in the iva, 0n th 30/05/08. will update along the way.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
