My circumstances:
WE ARE A MARRIED COUPLE LIVING IN THE MIDLANDS WITH 2 TEENAGERS WITH 160K DEBT BETWEEN US AND 7.5K EQUITY IN PROPERTY. THE BIGGEST CREDITOR BEING NORTHERN ROCK - 60K OUTSTANDING
My interaction with the company:
AFTER THE FIRST PHONE CONVERSATION, FOUND THEM NON JUDGEMENTAL, PUT US AT EASE AND LIKE A WEIGHT HAD BEEN LIFTED FROM OUR SHOULDERS. THEY HELD OUR HAND ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I RATED THEM 10 OUT OF 10 AS I FELT THEY HANDLED OUR CASE WITH PROFESSIONALISM, AND ALTHOUTH NR WAS A MAJORITY CREDITOR PUT FORWARD A TRUE AND HONEST PROPOSAL AND GOT OUR IVA APPROVED.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
THEY WERE RELIABLE, COULD ALWAYS BE CONTACTED WITH ANY CONCERN WE HAD AND WOULD ANSWER HONESTLY BUT NEVER MADE US FEEL STUPID FOR THE MESS WE WERE IN EVEN THOUGH WE OURSELVES FELT EMBARRASSED. THEY PUT US AT EASE AT ALL TIMES.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
WE FOUND THEIR SERVICE TO BE FAULTLESS AND COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING THAT COULD BE IMPROVED. 
Other points
WE HAVE LEARNT NEVER TO SPEND MONEY AGAIN THAT WE HAVE NOT GOT!<br> OUR DIVIDEND IS 30P IN THE £1, WRITING OVER 100K OFF.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
