My circumstances:
I am Operations Supervisor in Engineering living in Bedfordshire,I had 40k of debt and no equity.<br> I needed to go through an IVA rather than bankruptcy as one day i wish to purchase my own house and also to pay off what i can from the debt i owe.
My interaction with the company:
I went for an interview with Mark, we went through my debt problems and he explained to me what an IVA was and how it works. He answered my questions thoroughly and with words i could understand. Things moved very quickly and my proposal was posted to me within 1 week and the IVA was accepted by my creditors four weeks later.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Customer service is 10 because i had accidently payed a month more than i should of, which was returned to me just before xmas, this helped me and my young family out immensely.<br> Although they are very busy, Mark took on my case when other Insolvancy Practioners had turned me down (Accuma).<br> For this and their freindly manner, an overall score of 10 is awarded.

My IVA is up and running with a dividend 39.48 pence in the pound and £24,716 written off debt.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
