| I AM A FINANCIAL SERVICIES MANAGER, I HAD 48K OF DEBT A PROPERTY WITH £20K EQUITY |

| I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form to me, I completed and returned, after some small changes in charges the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly, supportive and very helpful. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 9 out of 10 because they were excellent. I felt i could contact them anytime and they were there for me. this has been a terrible time for me and I felt, I could trust them and they gave me the support i needed. |

| I have learnt never to get inot credit card debt again! i wrote off just under half of what i owed. |
