| I was referred to them by another Debt Management agency and completed an interview with Mark Bassford. The terms were established and the IVA was accepted after some negotiations with the creditors. A very professional and sympathetic interaction. |

| I was referred by Thomas Charles & Co. If I had known at the time that they were not completing the whole process, I would have chosen to appoint Grosvenor Partners from the beginning. |
