My circumstances:
I am a director & i had a debt of approx 150K
My interaction with the company:
I rang & spoke to Tina who really changed my life . She gave me the re-assurance that I had people to help me. It really felt like I had been taken by the hand & I had someone to turn to for help.All the team very always friendly & helpful
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The re-assurance I got & also the professional approach. What what a real asset was being able to meet up with Melanie face to face. I also Met Angela who I dealt with & Sarah who chaired my meeting.Thiw was most helpful as I was able to put a face to names.I felt like I was in the best hands , and I fully trusted them to help me get through.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Face to face meeting between Melanie and i. Actually doing the proposal there and then and coming away with a meeting date arranged was brilliant.Melanie is very upfront & tells it like it is even if it might not be what you want to hear. This service is invaluable as I for one did not want it sugar coated I wanted the truth about my situation
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
A little bit more contact over the 7 weeks leading up to the proposal. 
Other points
My IVA has only been approved today. I offered 25p as a dividend full & final upfront

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
