My circumstances:
After moving South from the North to be with my family I got into 37k debt even though I have a good job. The IVA was a solution that I tried to avoid but with my age and not enough equity it was unavoidable at this stage.
My interaction with the company:
The first meeting was daunting but Mark was very honest and answered all my questions. The support from Fariba afterwards was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I am not an expert on the matter and scored them in accordance to their customer service, knowledge and support.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Customer service and skills in communication in a situation that is very delicate for some.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None 
Other points
I have learnt the hard way and that credit is too easy. I did not have a credit card until I moved to the south and I was fifty years of age. To keep up in my environment I seemed to have lost my perception of debt.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
