My circumstances:
I am medical retired living in Runcorn, cheshire. i had roughly 25k of debt, mainly running up debts on credit cards, then getting 2 loans to pay the money from the credit cards then i respend on my credit cards.
My interaction with the company:
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the firm 10 out of 10 as they were there to support me through out the process of the iva. I could trust them to get the job done which they have done.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
There is more than one thing that impress me, to start with their were the friendly manner from all the staff i spoke to. The support i received and their understanding of my situation
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
There is nothing that they can improve 
Other points
I have learnt that having credit is good if you can control yourself if not dont have the credit. As for me, this nearly cost me my marriage so i will never will have credit in any form again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
