| My circumstances: |
| I am a teacher living in Cambridgeshire. Myself and husband had debts totalling nearly 136K, a property with 43K equity, both off work with stress, messed up basically. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| They were very understanding - made me feel that in fact i wasnt the lowest of the low, and that the debt situation was actually solvable. They reassured me about how to deal with creditors, exactly what to say to them - and although it got very hairy, the phone calls eventually stopped. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave them 8 out of 10 becasue most of the whole thing went really smoothly. They dont get 10 out of 10 because a junior told me to change my car and take out another finance to go over the 5 years of the IVA - so we hot footed it out and did that, despite reservations, and then were told by the IP that we werent told to do that, it was a bad idea and might mean the proposal would be rejected. |

| not pass the case around to juniors in the office. |
| Other points |
| one year into IVA. Struggling to keep up all bills but we manage. Certainly masses better than pre IVA! and we only buy stuff if we have the cash to do so - still an alien idea, but it is becoming more normal by the month. |
