| i applied online and within 48hrs had a call off mike morgan who advised i went for an iva, also dealt with adam preston both were excellent, <br> |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| i rated them 10-10 as they listened to what you had to say but didnt delt like they were judging me, they kept me updated all the time, by phone, mail and emails. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| After my very first call with mike morgan, he said basically dont worry if the worst thing happens and your iva is rejected we wont just leave you we wil stil help you out, which did mean alot when your feeling the way i was. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| i couldnt think of anything they could improve on! the service and staff are 1st class! |
