My circumstances:
teachers with negative equity, 160k unsecured debts, living in South East England. Had had a disasterous proposal from previous IVA company and had rejected their hand over the keys and walk away solution
My interaction with the company:
Absolutely outstanding, very helpful, clear & decisive advice, all calls responded to. We thought we were doomed to bankruptcy but they gave us our sanity back. The IVA was accepted with some minor adjustments and the sense of relief for us has allowed us to smile again.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
10 out of 10 across the board because, after 4 months of useless advice from other IVA providers, these ones were very very good. Would recommend them to anyone.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Rang us back, kept in touch. Always did what they said.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing- some of the creditors refused to allow us to assist daughter at University- we tried to overturn this but had to give in to get the IVA. We did get a third of it back. 
Other points
will be paying back 40k out of 160k, writing off 120k. Have learnt that we should have done this years ago. Dont take the creditors first offer- threaten them with bankruptcy.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
