My circumstances:
Im a TV Producer living in Kent, I had 60K of debt as industry took a major u-turn.
My interaction with the company:
I put in some details on their website and basically got a call back straight away and never had such friendly advice. HUGE weight off my mind just by the phone call.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They could not have been better! Exceptional!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Took my mind off the burden of debt

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
