My circumstances:
I am an administrator, 66 years of age, living in London and I had 26k of debt. With no financial security other than my work I could envisage years of struggling to meet just interest payments without the capital being cleared.
My interaction with the company:
I did some research and spoke to four companies and found the contrast between the other three and your company was vast. From the outset, DA listened patiently and re-assured me that the problem was solveable. I found the two members of staff I dealt with were highly professional and extremely friendly and helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The customer service was second to none and the attention to detail was excellent.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Their total commitment to working with the client in a friendly and professional manner.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Couldnt fault them

Comment: If you have no financial security (I assume you mean a house) and your 66 then I believe you should have gone bankrupt. Im actually surprised your creditors agreed to it given your age.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
