| I am a wife and mother in Watford, post natal depression, redundancy, debt consolidation and £70,000 in debts with first and second mortgage. |

| I filled in a form online and Thomas Charles contacted me and passed my details to Grosvenor Partners LLP. My inital call with Mark was very frank, honest and reassuring but a little unnerving at the same time as it was a very serious step myself and my husband were undertaking |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| It was the frankness that Mark showed when he stated the facts but did not pressurise us. He stressed what a serious undertaking it was and grounded us in the direction that we needed to undertake. It was unfortunate that the process started just before Christmas so everything was delayed and I was feeling a bit insecure. |

| Frankness - even though it was very frightening, I was reassured at the same time. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| A guide on dealing with your creditors during the process - especially the constant calls, threats, debt agencies and the negative comments the creditors make about IVAs. |
| Other points |
| My IVA has only just been approved. I have the next five years ahead. I am nervous at the start but hope that I have and will learn better financial management, not hide and have a good relationship with Mark throughout this time. |
