| I work in accountancy, and had £36k of debt, and a property with £9k equity |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rung them for advise, straight away i felt at ease. They were non judemental, and went through my options with me over the telephone. I opted for IVA, as Bankrupsy was not an option and DMP would have taken forever to pay off. Sent all the paperwork in that they requested, and within a week i had my proposal. I carefully read through this, signed it and sent it back. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 8 out of 10, because overall they were good with advise, but i have had one or two problems with getting response from emails that i have sent them. If i ring them i have no problems, but at work its only a small office, and i dont want everyone knowing my business, so email is better for me. |
