My circumstances:

i am a community carer in lincoln and have had £17.500 of debt since 2005 and Debt matters have made the whole situation worse. i think they should be closed down!!!

My interaction with the company:

Great at first so i thought but then i was willing to do anything to get rid of my debt and they knew it and took advantage.

Why I gave the ratings I did:

i rated them one out of ten because my solcitior has got a head ache from them!!

One thing they did - which really impressed me:

took advanage without me realising it for 12months

One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

All of it!

Other points

Im still in debt and have learnt to only spend what you have!
