My circumstances:
I am a single woman living in the West Midlands and hd £35,000 of debt accrued via credit cards and loans and the breakdown of a relationship.
My interaction with the company:
I was recommended to approach Debt Lifeboat by my financial advisor to seek establishingan IVA. Debt Lifeboat did all the work and kept me infomred all the time either by letter or by telephone.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because I had nothing to do to resolve my poblems. They explained everything to me (in easy to understand terms) and just got on a dealt with getting the IVA sorted.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They dealt with everything. Any letters or phone calls from my creditors regarding the debt I passed on to them which made the whole expereince much better and reduced the anxiety I had been expereincing.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing - they kept their word and achived a satisfactory result. 
Other points
I am now debt and worry free. If anyone found themselves in a financial crisis I would suggest they talk to Debt Lifeboat. Just wish Id done it sooner! The IVA was for approximatley £13,000 and when I first approached Debt Lifeboat my debt was £35,000.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
