| Living in Essex I had £117k of debt with negative equity in my property, and a second property with limited equity. |

| I found them to be very sympathetic and helpful. Did find it frustrating that everything was not resolved quicker, but in reality these things take time. |

| Perfect other than that there were a few calls not made when promised. |
