My circumstances:
I am an administrator living in Chester, I had debt of 50K Beesley & Company were a great help they really gave me great advice.
My interaction with the company:
Beesleys were there for me every step of the way, if I felt I needed to talk to someone about my case I could always pick up the phone and speak to someone.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated 10 out of 10 because they helped me everystep of the way, they even contacted my creditors to fine out settlement figues, this took a lot of presure of me.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Helped me sort my finances out and I no I will never get myself in that situation again
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

Comment: i am sorry but we are using them at the moment and i find them terrible!! never call you back when they say they will!! we send wage slips and other things they request, we even get them signed for, we check on line and they have signed for them, but mysteriously, the info we sent them has dissappeared!! sorry but i would stay well away from this firm, i wish to god i would of picked another firm!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
