My circumstances:
Id got myself into a real mess (£45K) and heard about Simple Debt Solutions on one of the debt forums. They had good feedback so I gave them a call. I know everyone says this but its true - I so wish I had made that call a year earlier!! Anyway they were professional from start to finish and Im now a few months into my IVA. Finally I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
My interaction with the company:
I heard about them on a debt forum, checked out their website then gave them a call. Im in the customer service industry myself so I recognise good, efficient service when I see it. They were on the ball all the way through.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Maybe Im lucky but it all went well for me - no complaints at all.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They called me back when they said they would. The job I have means that Im only available at certain times of the day. They took a note of this and called me back when it was convienient for me and they never missed a call.

Ive learnt that credit cards are the devils work!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
