My circumstances:
I had a terrible amount of debt and did not know which to turn, I contacted Beesley and Company and they were very helpful. I have a mortgage and was terribly worried that I would have to sell my house to pay my debts
My interaction with the company:
I rang Beesley and Company and they guided me every step of the way, I can not explain what a relief it was to have spoken to someone who would listen to me and able to help me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Beesley and Company were excellent I felt like I could trust them and they contacted all my debtors which saved me the worry - fantastic!!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Because I am a pensioner and did not earn a wage I did not have to pay a monthly fee, this has helped me tremendously
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

Other points
I will not get in to debt again and I certainly will never have another loan or credit card. I have now learnt to budget and live within my means.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
