| i found they helpful but if i wanted to find some thing out i had to call them, i had to chase then up on details of my IVA. My IVA did fail as NR would not agree & they had 38% of votes |

| I would give them 5 out of 10 as i dont feel they put my case forward propaly & never at any stage did i speak to my IP |

| Comment: I am employed by Debt Free Direct. We try to update our clients every few days on the progress of their IVA, while we are setting it up. As the creditors voting criteria can change over time, it may be worth considering attempting another IVA, and contacting Northern Rock to see if they will accept an IVA now. By the sounds of it, a DMP is going to take a very long time for you to repay your debts. | ||
