My circumstances:
we are a middle aged couple with 3 children under 12 , we found ourselves to be in a large amount of debt, which we felt we couldnt manage or keep under control any longer.
My interaction with the company:
a debt management company recommended Beesleys to us , we spoke a couple of times over the phone (as we live no where near Manchester) all conversations were easy to understand and digest ,
Why I gave the ratings I did:
we gave the ratings we did because of the understanding they had of our situation , every step of the process was explained to us , a company i could trust to work for our best interest. the "after iva" support is first class
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
putting us at ease with our situation , none judgemental ,our point of contact at Beesleys is a lady called Victoria who i would publicly like to thank for all her help and support
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
i really cannot think of one thing to be improved  
Other points
we are in our 3rd year of our iva , things are tight ,but as soon as iva was approved the phone calls and letters from our creditors stopped , and once again we are sleeping at night , i would hate to think what would have happened if we hadnt been introduced to Beesleys

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
