| My circumstances: |
| My wife and i owed 58k on credit cards and loans,with no equity.Even though we both worked full time,the debts were increasing by about 1k per month. |

| I rang Payplan and they put me at ease from day 1.All the options were discussed thoroughly including bankrupcy but i did not want this as it would mean losing the house.It was decided i would go for an iva and my wife for a dmp. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave a lower mark for speed of response because it seemed to go on forever,and as the weeks went by the bank bully boys were ringing me constantly,even at work. |

| My case officer Lisa was brilliant,always there to talk to,always sounding as if she cared. |

| Iwould recommend Payplan to anyone.I only wish i had gone to them years ago instead of just hoping things would get better.Just started my iva,although my creditors were not happy with proposal and wanted £100 a month more plus half of any overtime.Dividend 48p in pound.If i never see another credit card as long as i live it will be too soon.From now on what we cant afford we dont have. |
