| Me and my husband had £60Kworth of debt.In rented property. |

| Quick response to telephone calls and letters.Asked to meet advisor face to face to discuss income etc.Helped and advised us both on iva proposal.Iva accepted , quick to let us both know of outcome after creditor meeting(within 30 mins).Very friendly and helpful. |

| Everytime i rang could always speak to someone and wasnt told we will ring you back. |

| Ill never take out credit again ,if i havent the money to pay for things outright then i cant have it .Learning to budget.My dividend 21p in the pound.Wrote off £17000 of my debt. |
