| My circumstances: |
| I had £110K of debt partly due to personal guarantees given on a business that I was a director of, when the business failed I was being persued to replay these debts. I was able to raise £40K by way of remortgage and TCF offered that as a full and final settlement in my IVA. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I called TCF and spoke to one of thier advisers who went through all the options available to me, we agreed to go for the IVA and they issued documents to me, I returned them and they issued me with a proposal which I signed and sent back - 3 weeks later the proposal was accepted by my creditors. |

| Fantastic company and great advise from start to finish. |

| Both the advisor that dealt with my case (David) and Sandra Marshall are a credit to the company - nothing was every too much trouble and they were always their when I called for advise or an update. |

| I will certainly not get myself in this position again, it is an eye opener when you sit down and work out exactly what you owe, without an IVA I would have gone Bankrupt and probably lost my house, with TCFs help I have written off £70K of debt. Thank you TCF. |
