My circumstances:
I am a Car Saleman, I had no Equity, I knew I was in trouble when I had run up £15k of debt, but I buried my head in the sand until I had run up £44000. I did this through credit cards which I had Consolidated then run up again. I was paying out just in loans and minimum payments on the Cards £1600. I was sinking faster and faster.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted Blair out of desperation and we talked about Debt Management, Bankruptcy and IVA. I prefered the IVA solution because it seemed final without the stigma of Bankruptcy. The forms were easy and the IVA was accepted. It was like a weight had been lifted, there was light!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Blair are very slow at responding if anything changes. Make sure you are going to be able to afford this solution from the outset. I have never spoken to the IP so cannot really comment on him. What little contact I have with them I try to keep to letters that way I have copies! GOOD ADVICE FOR ANY MATTERS OF MONEY.<br> <br>
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They did not judge and really made you feel that you were finally doing the right thing. They do clearly want your money though!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Put one person in charge of your account, making them your one contact. 
Other points
Take my advice. DON’T get in Debt. If you are, talk to your Creditors long before the problems start. Knowing now what I know I could have avoided this problem and wish I had. I repay £368 per month and have done for 2 years. Its a long old slog 5 years, best avoided.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
