My circumstances:
was put into a situation where i lost my company over a false allegation by a malicious liar who then concentrated on opening bank accounts and using my credit card details over the internet with premeditated accuracy and has still since been allowed by our democratic law to evade any charges or investigation. the person involved actually works for a credit reference agency and destroyed my credit rating long before the iva came into being. long live the British judicial system it serves nothing with its outdated and laughable regime along with the old fools that dont know how the real world operates.
My interaction with the company:
Liz and the crew at bridgestones are professional and always there when you need to talk and continue to talk and help even after the IVA has been approved i now deal with Nat who is a gem and knows exactly what to do in a crisis.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i went with two companies before i found bridgestones and both those wanted to either take monies up front for services not rendered or tryed to put me on a debt management thing which was unacceptable and not what i wanted or needed. i would name them but dont think thats required as the cowboy outfits show themselves straight away with the quick fix solutions and money grabbing ways ... if the ask for monies for initial services or/and monies for a bond then stay away! the last thing anyone in our position needs is to shell out cash we dont really have.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they proved beyond doubt how professional they are this came to light straight away as you will see.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

    Good Points
Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
